FaanConnect is a platform that facilitates digital connections between fans and creators through text chats, audio calls, and video calls. As our services are entirely digital in nature, no physical shipment is involved in our standard operations.
Service Delivery Timeline
When you book a session with a creator on FaanConnect, the following delivery process applies:
- Booking Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an immediate booking confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your session details, date, time, and creator information.
- Pre-Session Communication: For scheduled sessions (audio or video calls), you will receive a reminder notification 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Session Delivery:
- Text Chat: Access to text chat services will be available immediately after booking confirmation. Creators will respond to messages within 24 hours as per our service agreement.
- Audio/Video Calls: Access details (including link and any required passwords) will be sent to your registered email address 15 minutes before the scheduled session time.
Service Availability
Creator availability varies based on individual schedules. Available time slots for booking are displayed in real-time on our platform. Once a slot is booked, it is removed from availability for other users.
International Service Delivery
FaanConnect services are available internationally. However, please note the following considerations:
- All session times are displayed in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless otherwise specified.
- Users are responsible for calculating their local time zone differences.
- Internet connectivity and quality may vary by region, potentially affecting service quality.
Delivery Issues
In case of any delivery issues, such as technical difficulties or creator unavailability, the following policies apply:
- Technical Issues: If a scheduled session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our platform, we will offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.
- Creator No-Show: If a creator fails to attend a scheduled session, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
- User Connectivity Issues: If you experience connectivity issues during a session, please contact our support team immediately. Partial refunds or session extensions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Recording and Content Delivery
For certain services, session recordings may be available:
- Audio call recordings are available upon request and with creator consent.
- Video call recordings are available for select premium sessions, subject to prior agreement.
- All recordings will be delivered to your registered email within 48 hours of the completed session.
